We created a new website for Saint Marys Centre in Clitheroe, the local community centre in my town.

The website has two functions, firstly to provide information about events that run in the centre and secondly to promote the facilities provided for hire.

We provided photography services, taking and editing photographs of the rooms available for hire.

Finally we ran two training days, teaching 9 volunteers and staff how to add news/blogs to the site. This large pool of writers allows the site to be kept up to date without burdening one single person too much.

The system is secure however, writers only have the ability to submit articles for review by staff and can’t edit any of the pages on the website.

The website automatically publishes any news to social media and also displays images from Facebook in a gallery on the site.
