I project managed the transfer of a news archive with 350+ posts from an old/buggy proprietary system to a new Drupal website. Working to a very tight deadline, I moved all news items 2015-2017 on The Archbishop of Canterbury’s website site.

This included creating equivalent meta tags, navigation and categories, moving across many hundreds of images, videos and linked tweets. I also fixed broken relative links.

To complete this project on time I managed two data entry specialist freelancers.
